WRINKLE RELAXANTS are commonly known as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. This class of injectables are a  form of botulinum toxin, an FDA-approved protein that reduces muscle activity and dynamic skin wrinkling. Use of these products requires an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, muscle activity, and the product itself. In our office, Dr. Adham our board-certified plastic surgeon—injects all of our patients. In the hands of a skilled doctor, you can achieve nonsurgical outcomes that resemble surgery outcomes – such as:

• reduce the II lines between the eyes
• raise the eyebrows to open the eye area
• reduce the appearance of crowsfeet
• relax harsh lines and more

DERMAL FILLER is used to fill in lines, add fullness to flat areas, reduce the appearance of deep lines, create new contours, and to give your lips renewed fullness. Dermal fillers come by a variety of names, such as Juvederm, Restylane, and more. They are approved by the FDA to create a smoother and /or fuller appearance in the face, cheeks, around the nose, lips and the back of hands. Fillers are used to “fill” areas that have become hollow over time – or fill areas that never had fullness. Since some dermal fillers are made of acids that are produced in the human body, they are naturally absorbed over time. Patients will need to repeat the procedure after some time to maintain the desired effect. The amount of time depends on your own body’s absorption rate (variable but nearly predictable) and the type of filler you receive. Some fillers are meant to last longer, even for years.  Successful results will depend on the underlying tissue structure and the volume and type of filler used.

Lip fillers have changed over the years and are now made of finer particles than filler used in the face. This fine filler give the lips a smooth, plump, natural look without being over done.
